IMGENEX India Pvt. Ltd. develops and commercializes novel reagents suitable for research in human biology in general and disease processes in particular. Among these reagents antibodies form the main stay of company’s in-house product line. We possess the capacity to develop more than 400 polyclonal and 100 monoclonal antibodies per year (with application validated in different test systems, viz., ELISA, Western, IHC, IP, FACS, etc) through our in-house R&D as well as from scientific collaboration. Keeping in view of the eagerness of researchers in India to develop polyclonal and monoclonal antibody against novel proteins, we also develop custom polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies with the active support of scientists from Imgenex Corp, San Diego, USA. The R&D unit of Imgenex India was inaugurated in 2005 by APJ Abdul Kalam, the then Hon’ble President of India and is recognized by DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
